EasyEva runs easyeva.com; "we," "us" and "our" mean EasyEva. Read how we collect, use, share and protect personal information as you use the shop.

Know what we collect

We collect contact details such as name, email, phone and billing or shipping address; order records such as purchases, order history and support messages; and device or usage data such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs and timestamps.

Pay at checkout

Checkout shows available payment options, and the payment processor handles payment securely under PCI-DSS standards. We do not store full credit card numbers or payment credentials on our servers; the processor handles payment information directly.

See how information is used

We use information for payments, order fulfillment, delivery, returns and refunds; order updates and support; fraud and unauthorized-transaction prevention; improving the site, products and services; and applicable legal obligations. Promotional messages require your consent, and you can opt out at any time.

Understand sharing

We may share information solely to operate the business with Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers and analytics providers, for commerce hosting, secure transactions, delivery and understanding site use or improving performance. Understand retention

Under CCPA, California residents can request the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, request deletion subject to legal exceptions, and exercise privacy rights without discrimination. We do not sell personal information and will provide a clear opt-out mechanism if that changes; send requests to support@easyeva.com with "CCPA Request" as the subject.

Protect children's information

The site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information so we can promptly delete it.
